Please read these terms carefully before making a booking with Safa Caravan.
By making a booking with Safa Caravan Ltd (“Safa Caravan”, “we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service in their entirety. These terms form a legally binding contract between you and Safa Caravan Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. These terms should be read in conjunction with our Refund & Cancellation Policy and Privacy Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference.
If you are making a booking on behalf of other travellers, you confirm that you have the authority to agree to these terms on their behalf and that all travellers in the booking are aware of and have agreed to these terms.
All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. A booking is not confirmed until Safa Caravan has issued a written booking confirmation and the required deposit has been received.

It is your responsibility to check the booking confirmation carefully and notify us of any errors within 48 hours of receipt. Safa Caravan cannot accept responsibility for errors that are not brought to our attention within this period.
A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total booking value is required to secure your reservation. Bookings will not be confirmed until this deposit has been received and cleared. The deposit may be higher for certain Hajj packages — this will be communicated to you clearly at the time of enquiry.
The remaining balance of your booking is due no later than 84 days (12 weeks) before your scheduled departure date. If you book within 84 days of departure, the full amount is due at the time of booking.
If the balance is not received by the due date, Safa Caravan reserves the right to treat your booking as cancelled, in which case the cancellation charges set out in Section 4 will apply.
We accept payment by bank transfer (BACS), debit card, and credit card. We do not accept cash payments. Full payment details, including our registered business bank account, will be provided in your booking confirmation.
If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify Safa Caravan in writing by email to info@safacaravan.com. Cancellations are not accepted verbally. The cancellation date is the date on which we receive your written notification.
The following cancellation charges apply based on the number of days before your scheduled departure:

Please note that in addition to the charges above, any non-refundable elements (such as airline cancellation fees, visa processing fees, and hotel cancellation charges) will be deducted from any refundable amount. We strongly recommend that all travellers take out comprehensive travel insurance that includes cancellation cover from the time of booking.
It is the sole responsibility of each traveller to ensure that they hold a valid passport with at least six months’ validity remaining beyond the intended return date, and at least two blank pages. Safa Caravan accepts no liability for any costs, losses, or expenses arising from a traveller being unable to travel due to inadequate documentation.
You are also responsible for obtaining any vaccinations required for travel to Saudi Arabia, including but not limited to the mandatory meningococcal meningitis ACWY vaccination. Our team will advise on requirements at the time of booking, but it remains your responsibility to comply with the latest official health requirements.
For Umrah and Hajj visas, Safa Caravan will manage the application process on your behalf using the documentation you provide. We cannot guarantee visa approval, as this is at the sole discretion of the Saudi authorities.
Safa Caravan Ltd is an ATOL holder. When you buy an ATOL-protected flight-inclusive holiday from us, you will receive an ATOL Certificate. Please ask for it and check to ensure that everything you booked (flights, hotels, and other services) is listed on it. Please see our ATOL Certificate for further information about financial protection and the ATOL scheme offered by Safa Caravan Ltd.
Not all holiday or travel services offered and sold by us will be protected by the ATOL scheme. ATOL protection extends primarily to customers who book and pay in the UK, and where flights are included in the package. Full details of what is and is not financially protected under the ATOL scheme will be provided in your ATOL Certificate.
Safa Caravan will not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, illness, or death that arises from circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, acts of war or terrorism, civil unrest, natural disasters, extreme weather, governmental action, or changes in Saudi Arabian entry requirements.
Our liability to you for any loss or damage arising from your booking with us shall not exceed the total cost of your booking, except in cases of death or personal injury caused by our negligence. This limitation does not affect your statutory rights as a UK consumer.
We strongly recommend that all travellers purchase comprehensive travel insurance prior to departure. This should include cover for medical expenses, repatriation, cancellation, curtailment, and loss of personal belongings.
Neither party shall be liable to the other for any failure or delay in performing obligations under this agreement where such failure or delay results from circumstances genuinely beyond that party’s reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to: natural disasters, epidemics or pandemics, terrorism, war, civil disturbance, strikes, government action, changes to entry or travel requirements imposed by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or the United Kingdom, or airline operational decisions.
In the event of force majeure, we will endeavour to offer you alternative travel dates or, where this is not possible, a full refund less any irrecoverable third-party costs already incurred. We will communicate with you promptly and transparently in any such situation.
If you wish to make changes to your booking after confirmation — including changes to travel dates, accommodation, or number of travellers — please contact us as soon as possible. We will endeavour to accommodate any reasonable changes, subject to availability. An amendment fee of £50 per person may apply for changes made within 84 days of departure. Some changes, particularly to flight bookings, may incur additional airline charges.
Occasionally, it may be necessary for us to make changes to your booking due to circumstances beyond our control, such as airline schedule changes, hotel closures, or government travel restrictions. In the event of a significant change, we will inform you as soon as practicable and offer you the option to accept the change, transfer to an alternative package of equivalent or greater value, or receive a full refund of all monies paid.
Minor changes (such as a change of hotel within the same star category or a change of flight time by less than 12 hours) do not entitle you to cancel without penalty.
All travellers are expected to conduct themselves appropriately and in accordance with the laws and customs of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia throughout their journey. Any behaviour that is unlawful, disruptive, or disrespectful to fellow travellers, hotel staff, or holy sites may result in termination of your travel arrangements without refund. Safa Caravan accepts no liability for any legal consequences arising from a traveller’s own conduct.
These Terms of Service are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
