All Safa Caravan packages are fully ATOL Protected under the UK Civil Aviation Authority. This means that if anything goes wrong — including business failure — your money is protected and you will either be repatriated or receive a full refund. You will receive an ATOL Certificate with every booking.
We recommend booking at least 8–12 weeks in advance, particularly for peak periods such as Ramadan and school holidays. Hajj bookings should be made as early as possible — often a full year ahead — due to strict Saudi quota limitations. That said, we do sometimes have last-minute availability, so always call and ask.
Absolutely. Group bookings are one of our specialities. We work with mosques, Islamic societies, and community organisations across the UK to coordinate group Umrah and Hajj travel.
